Project Support Administrator. In partnership with its client Kenny-Whelan & Associates is currently seeking a Project Support Administrator for the Cork area. The Client: The Client is a well-established Pharmaceutical company in the Cork area. Profile : The Project Support Administrator will serve as an integral member of the Project Engineering Team supporting the implementation and execution of project controls including document processing, document management, planning, status reporting, issue/risk management, change management. The role is an integral part of the overall project team, ensuring smooth running of the office processes and best in class information management and reporting. Duties. Provide support in compiling and coordinating inputs to progress reports, weekly and monthly. Support the project team by administering and updating project reports, project related documentation, project dashboard reports. Provide administration support across the project functions as required, including diary management, team workshops, team travel arrangements, event and site tour organisation, procurement processing, onboarding of new team members. Track and provide metrics to management on the status of project related documents. Demonstrable experience of handling commercially-sensitive and confidential information. Striving for quality and ensuring consistently high standards of work with an ability to demonstrate a close attention to detail is essential. Educational / IT Qualifications : Third Level Relevant Qualification eg Business, Advanced ECDL / Advanced MS Office Suite. Good working knowledge of PDF publishing. Key Experience: At least 3 years’ experience working as a Project Support Administrator within a. programme / project, and ideally a GMP environment. Experience of personal responsibility for supporting managers, project team and project controls / PMO team. Proven effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise and remain focused and to work on own initiative. Work primarily with the Project Manager, Project Co-Ordinator and Workstream leads. Very strong IT/Computer skills, SharePoint, Document Management databases.
