Head of Operations <li>Cork<i><hr><h2>The Role</h2> Opportunity to expanding food manufacturer in West Cork. Provide leadership to the operations team, embed systems and processes to manage people and resources. Develop the operations team to improve employee engagement and create a culture of continuous improvement while being accountable for the day to day execution of the production plan. Responsible for the operation of the site, delivering high volume, value add operations in a fast moving, high SKU, process driven environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong leader to develop a cohesive team in a growing business in a fast-paced industry. Background in industry, ideally commercial branded FMCG background and/or manufacturing environment. Experience implementing and managing change successfully. Strong track record of leading, managing and developing a cohesive team. Effective management of routines. Lean business management skills. KPI / Target driven.
