Patrick McNamara & Associates (Cork), Chartered Certified Accountants & Statutory Auditors, are looking for a part time Book Keeper/Office Admin/Receptionist. The role will include the following: Input of sales invoices, purchase invoices and bank transactions. Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements. Reconciling Creditors to Statements on an periodic basis. Assisting in the preparation of Management Accounts, Revenue Returns e.g. VAT, Payroll, RCT. General Office duties. Answering & responding to phone calls. General reception & administration, filing, scanning, photocopying, typing etc. Key Requirements; Good MS Office Skills, Word, Outlook, Excel. Ability to Multi Task. Excellent attention to detail/logical thinker. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Excellent Interpersonal and customer service skills. Good working knowledge of Accounting Software, i.e. Sage, Relate, would be an advantage. Positive Can-Do attitude. The hours of work can be agreed with successful candidate but would be expected to be between 15-20 hours a week, which would entail either morning or afternoon work.
