Warehouse Manager. Our client, based in East Cork, requires a Warehouse Manager. This is an established, multinational company which is driven by innovation and customer service. They produce a wide range of products and their products are shipped worldwide. This role has come about due to promotion internally. You will be responsible: Responsibility for the overall Inventory Integrity and accuracy. Responsibility to keep detailed records of stock and inventory activity, quantity etc. and report key metrics as required. Ensure the maintenance of an ABC method of Cycle Counting. Responsibility to complete wall to wall stock counts as required to ensure inventory integrity. Daily reconciliation of the inventory in partnership with our 3PL. Identify root causes of any errors and perform the correct system transactions in order to reconcile and resolve variances. Ensure that the inventory quantities on hand are accurately stated and that any adjustments required are charged or credited on a timely basis in conjunction with Finance team. Responsible for ensuring the department is in compliance with 5S and ISO activities within the organisation. People Management. Do you have a 3rd level degree in business or Supply Chain or IPICS? Do you have 5 years people management experience within a warehouse, gained in a production facility? You will be a strong IT user (Excel/JDE) and you will have excellent record keeping skills.
