Our client, a global Bio multinational, is currently seeking a Project Manager for the Cork area. Ideally, we are looking for the following: Project manager with construction management and supervision experience in a Pharmaceutical/Bio-pharmaceutical Environment – 15+ years. Civil/Mechanical/Process/Electrical/ background/education. Demonstrated capacity to effectively manage and execute projects from initiation to completion: Full project lifecycle experience from end to end design through to C&Q and handover. Understands the project management process; programming, scope development, design development, implementation, project closeout. Assure compliance with good engineering practices, Company policies, regulations and codes. Demonstrated capability of managing projects with engineering consultancy from basis of design through to detailed design. Effective Contractor Management. Excellent Communication / Organisation Skills. Programme Schedule Management. Experience managing the overall financial performance of engineering projects, including cash flow, life cycle costs, business opportunities and risks. Experience using SAP and budgeting tools.
