Description. Bruce Betting are recruiting a Retail Manager and Retail Assistant Manager in Midleton. This position would suit a person who is customer focused with relevant betting industry experience. Duties and Responsibilities will include: • Managing the shop floor, cash office and all back-office admin on a day-to-day basis. • Ensuring store presentation is always of the highest standard and drive sales. • Day to day management to include staff management and rota. • Ensuring the implication of all legislation as is required to this store, social & responsible gambling guidelines. • Achieving targets with staff and management in order to achieve the optimum sales levels.
