Inchydoney Island Lodge & Spa is a 4 star hotel and Spa overlooking the blue flag beaches of Inchydoney. Situated 2 miles outside of the award winning town of Clonakilty. Inchydoney Island lodge & Spa are looking to recruit a Chef De Partie. The successful applicant must have at least two years experience, preferably in a four star hotel and proven experience of managing own section. The successful application will thrive on working under pressure and will also be required to work on their own initiative, but be an excellent team player as well. Previous experience in a Chef De Partie role in a similar style operation. Proven track record of good standard of food and an eye for detail. Excellence in Hygiene standards. Salary is negotiable and will be in line with experience.
