My Client, a leader in the Biomedical industry, is currently recruiting a number of Functional HR Associates to join their expanding team in East Cork. Reasons to Apply: Excellent salary DOE. Main Responisibilities: Process HR queries, logging and closing cases, ensuring data quality. Create and update employment documentation. Conduct data quality reviews, monitor and correct processing errors. Assist in testing upgrades and new system functionality. Answer comlpex employee queries and escalate cases that need further support. The Successful Candidate: Fluency in english. 3-5 years supporting HR operations. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Specialised knowledge in HR. Prior shared services experience. Bilingual perferable (Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, German, French. Strong data management skills. Prior experience with Workday.
