HR Functional Specialist needed for a pharmaceutical company in Cork. Opportunities for speakers of the following languages: French, Spanish, German, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese. THE ROLE: * Process HR transactions, logging and closing cases. * Conduct data quality reviews, monitor and correct processing errors. * Answer complex questions, escalate those cases that need further support, REQUIREMENTS: * 3-5 years' experience supporting HR operations or other transactional / operational work. * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. * Prior experience working in shared services. * Bilingual/multilingual. * French, Spanish, Germany, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese.
