HR Client Associate needed for a pharmaceutical company in Cork. Opportunities for speakers of the following languages: French, Spanish, German, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese. THE ROLE: * Taking, assessing and resolving first line calls, chats, and emails on the helpdesk. * Explain and applying HR policy and procedures to advise managers, employees and HR through their query. * Manage escalations, direct or liaise inquiries where necessary to Shared Service Centre. * Maintain electronic employee personnel files. REQUIREMENTS: * 2-3 years' experience in a call centre supporting operations preferably in HR. * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. * Bilingual/multilingual. * French, Spanish, Germany, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese.
