My client, a highly innovative healthcare provider in Cork is currently recruiting for an Administrator to join their team and support with the smooth running of the department. Key responsibilities of this role: Act as first point of contact for patients and act as an ambassador for the clinic to ensure outstanding customer service is provided. Coordinate, monitor, assign and patient appointments and billing activities. Answering phone and email queries and directing calls where appropriate. Create & update patient accounts and ensure systems are updated correctly. Post information packs to patients. Deal with suppliers and ensure orders are processed. Manage patient communication and support with general office administrative duties as required. The successful candidate: 2 years experience working in an administrative position. Experience working with clients/patients in the private sector would be an advantage. Highly efficient, with excellent attention to detail and experience of IT systems and MS Office. Warm, engaging and empathetic nature. Excellent written and verbal communication.
