Assistant Branch Manager | Cork & Limerick | About the Role - An excellent opportunity has arisen for a QFA or APA Qualified Candidate looking for a change or the next step in their career. This exciting new position offers the ideal candidate an opportunity to be a mentor and a coach to new starts and provide training to them on a 121 basis so they can reach their full potential. The successful candidate will split their time between the Cork & Limerick branches and will report to the Head of Training & Development. This role would be very well suited to a QFA or APA Qualified person with previous Supervisory experience, who possesses excellent communication skills and can spot, assess and resolve issues with ease if and when they arise. Your day to day will include - Productivity & Business Quality. Lapse management. NTUs/ NPWs/ BRIs. Recruitment Training. Reporting. Compliance. Supporting the Branch Manager. Role Requirements - Qualification required - QFA or APA. Be an expert in the usage of the following systems - SMART. ePOS. LMS. MCS. S1. ImageRight. Helpdesk. Power BI.
