Description

We are a professional consultancy practice offering Fiduciary Consultancy Services to Private Clients and a range of Business Consultancy Services to Corporate Clients throughout Ireland and Overseas. The Position: Providing administration and marketing support to the Managing Partner and Senior Executives of the firm. Arranging meetings with new and existing clients. Handling client queries in a timely and efficient manner. Daily maintenance of client documentation and customer management systems. Ensuring that all files are compliant with regulatory standards. Preparation of meeting agendas and documentation. Contribute to Marketing efforts e.g. through Marketing event preparation and client communications. Requirements: Experience in working in the Financial sector would be an advantage but not essential. Fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication skills. Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint. Strong organisational and multi tasking abilities with a high level of attention to detail. Self motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative. This role would suit applicants that have completed or part completed the QFA exams or may also suit candidates who wish to obtain the QFA qualification.
