A Head of Marketing is needed by CareerWise for our Cork based software client to help drive business growth. Reporting to the CEO, the person will drive our SaaS based products and lead the marketing function. THE ROLE: Lead the marketing function to support the company's corporate objectives and growth strategy to execute a Software as a Service (SaaS) subscription-based growth model. Position us as the preferred global solutions provider within target industry sectors. Devise and implement strategies to successfully communicate our value proposition to key decision makers and influencers. Work on initiatives to strengthen existing client relations to leverage more sales opportunities. Drive client retention, loyalty & advocacy. REQUIREMENTS: * Educated to degree level, in a marketing or business field. * 10 years of B2B marketing & communication experience. * Previous experience in leading a Marketing function in Technology, in a SaaS solution (3 years) with digital marketing and global lead generation. * Team Management experience and Board level exposure needed.
