My client, an established company with multiple locations in Ireland, now has an exciting opportunity for an experience Retail Sales Manager to join the team. What you will be doing: The position will involve sales and the management of day to day running of a busy showroom including merchandising, reporting to management, rostering, organising advertising & marketing campaigns and training staff members. The retail manager will be required to project manage contract work across the Munster region. Achieve regional sales operational objectives by contributing recommendations to strategic plans and reviews. Implementing customer-service standards. Determining regional sales system improvements and implementing change. Meeting regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements. Maintains and expands customer base by building and maintaining rapport with key customers and identifying new customer opportunities. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks. The Successfull Candidate: 5+ years relevant expereince. Strong client relationship management experience. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets. People management and training experience. Degree qualified preferable. CplCorkJan20.
