HR Generalist Part-time. In partnership with its client Kenny-Whelan & Associates is currently seeking a HR Generalist on a part-time basis for the Cork area. The Client: The Client is a well-established Pharmaceutical company in the Cork area. Profile : The HR Generalist will support ongoing HR Projects, Employee Onboarding, Inductions, Seminars, Punctuality and Absence reports and various Ad-hoc duties as outlined by the HR Manager. Duties. Responsible for Employees Inductions and Onboarding programmes. Advise and update HR Policies and Procedures. Manage Reporting Statistics for Starters and Leavers. Support ongoing HR related projects. Experience: At least 5 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical / manufacturing industry essential. Experience in Human Recourses with HR processes ideal. Co-operative Team Player. Open minded and flexible personality. Self- responsible and self-motivated, goal driven personality. Ability to manager workload, prioritise activities and close out all tasks in a timely manner. Educational / IT Qualifications. A Bachelor’s Degree HR preferably, and/or CIPD qualification. Ms Office Suite, Word, Excel Advanced, PowerPoint, Outlook. Current knowledge of Employment Law. All applications will be treated with the strictest confidence.
