ACCOUNTING TECHNICIAN / PAYROLL is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our West Cork / Kerry based client. CareerWise Recruitment has been retained by a SME in Cork with a well-known brand name, we are partnering with them to recruit an ACCOUNTING TECHNICIAN / PAYROLL to join their finance team. Working directly with the Finance Manager & wider finance team, excellent learning experience for a strong candidate. Permanent Position. THE ROLE: * You will be working in a Finance Team gaining huge experience in day to day Finance. * Promptly & accurately inputting journals into the accounting system. * Payroll - completing Irish Payroll. * Management of weekly expenses. * Preparation of journal entries. * Finance Admin as required. * Commercially focused, with the ability to build relationships across the business. REQUIREMENTS: * IATI or IPASS. * Experience in a similar role - 2 years. * Experience in ERP systems such as SAGE is a distinct advantage. * Strong communication and presentation skills.
