Leading Multinational with EMEA HQ in Cork is looking for an experienced Payroll analyst for a 6 month contract position to start asap or short term notice. Your duties will beinclude but not be limite to. Ensure payroll is completed in timely and accurate matter in line with SOX controls. Full responsibility for the input to payroll provider for monthly payroll of 500+ salaried employees across multiple entities. International Payroll coordination. Dealing with starters and leavers registrations. Process the monthly PAYE Submissions on ROS. Carry out payroll reconciliations using Excel. Providing security payslips for all employees. Processing payment of net pay via EFT and Internet banking. Coordinating tax year ends / monthly and quarterly statutory reporting. Engage in Payroll Projects and work in testing and UAT cycles. Experience. Minimum 4 years experience in a similiar role. Previous experience of high volume, fast paced Payroll Processes is preferred. High degree of attention to detail. Excellent communication skills. Highly experienced in using payroll systems.
