A Lean Consultant is required by CareerWise Recruitment for a business consulting company to work on lean implementation projects at client sites. THE ROLE: The Lean Consultant will work on client sites primarily on lean process improvement strategy and business transformation projects. This is project based work and would suit someone who is operating as an existing consultant. THE REQUIREMENTS: * Lean certified professionals (preferably black belt or higher) qualified to degree level or higher. * Worked with a multinational or shared service provider for 5-10 years. * Held management positions / roles. * Will have managed and executed process improvement type projects. * Strong project management background. * Must be people focused and believe in front line empowerment. * Will need to travel to client sites across Ireland.
