Opportunity to join global technology organization. Support Management and employees in company’s various business locations across 18 countries in EMEA & APAC. The position reports to the HR Director, International, based in Cork. Provide Operational HR support for International Leaders and their teams. The successful candidate will apply practical and pragmatic HR practices and solutions across a range of HR functions including Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, and Employee development. The position requires a self-motivated, hands-on, customer-service orientated individual, ideally with experience working in an International HR role, across numerous locations. Relevant degree, with 5 years of HR Business Partner / Senior Generalist experience, preferably to include 2 years of HR International experience, supporting multiple countries in various regions. Proven experience with HRIS. Exceptional communication skills, ability to communicate and influence at all levels in the organization.
