Required for Refurbishment Hotel Project in Cork City.

14 week contract

The Finishing Manager is responsible for the management of the finishing trade Sub Contractors and personnel on site to ensure successful completion of the project on time and within budget and to the highest standards.

Experience Required.

• Past experience if interior finishing to an extremely high standard
• Project Management skills and scheduling incl [ Ms Project]
• Considerable experience in managing and achieving project handover and completion within tight time frames.
• Dealing with Health and Safety Issues on Site
• Provide clear leadership and direction for the Site team.
• Manage relations with the hotel which will remain open during the project.
