Our client, a technology driven global manufacturer, have an amazing opportunity for an experienced and innovative Graphic Designer to join the team in Cork on an initial 6 month contract. What you will be doing: Think creatively to produce new layout ideas and concepts. Contribute ideas and design artwork to projects as required. Ability to demonstrate exceptional illustrative skills. Communicate effectively in visual, oral and written form. Continuously update and improve knowledge, skills and attitudes pertaining to instructional design and related fields. Keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs. Ability to work with minimal supervision, strong initiative and ability. Photo editing for various departments as required. Support marketing department with the creation of visual content. Support on company CSR initiatives – design of assets (posters, billboards, social content etc.) What you need to succeed: A qualification in Graphic Design or visual communications. Highly creative and innovative. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator. Proficient in MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel. Portfolio showcasing graphic design capabilities.
