Seeking applications for Director of Operations & Clinical Care, Cork. As the Director of Operations & Clinical Care you will be part of the senior management team of a large nursing home group, with homes nationwide. Responsibilities will extend to ensuring safe practice across all services, adherence to regulatory standards, governance, leadership, operational and financial performance. As Director, your role will extend to managing the total operations and clinical care of the group, hence requires an experienced professional with strong operational experience. To be considered for the role, applicants should: - Ideally be a qualified nurse with relevant level 8 and above business / management qualification and experience of at least 5-7 years in a. similar role, ideally within residential care. - Have strong communication skills. - Be available to travel as the role requires. - Own a car and valid driving licence.
