A Sales Manager is needed by CareerWise Recruitment to drive international sales for an agri tech client. While Cork is the preferred location, location in Ireland is open. Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for developing and achieving sales targets for business growth and profitability across a range of products and services. THE ROLE: * Deliver sales results through a combination of owning sales and distributors in several international regions. * Take responsibility for sales funnel and its growth. * Manage and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally. * Monthly reporting on sales performance against budget. * Working on account management plans for private label business. REQUIREMENTS: * 8- 10 years' experience working with a team in B2B, B2C and consultative selling. * Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a dynamic business. * A self-starting, high performing sales mentality. * Third level qualification in agri, technical or business discipline. * Knowledge of the farming sector and technical aptitude required.
