All candidates require current legal status to work in Ireland and must demonstrate. Proven ability to lead the team, to work under pressure and meet service standards. Experience in busy 4/5* Hotel as overall Manager in charge of F&B Operations. Minimum 3 years experience in a management leadership role, preferably with a busy luxury property with extensive banqueting and Events trade. Progressive career experience in similar style, quality, volume business. Excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills, positive attitude, patient and flexible.
