Want to be part of the market leading medical devices company in a Production Operator role? Sounds great, but what the job involves? Ensuring manufacturing activities are completed. Developing, demonstrating and maintaining technical proficiency in the relevant manufacturing activities. Processing product in line with documented SOP & work Instructions. Promoting operational excellence and drive continuous improvement in all relevant manufacturing related activities. Liaising with Production Supervisors. Monitoring of business metrics on EHS, Quality, and Operations. Demonstrating proficiency to meet EHS, Quality and Production requirements/targets. Ensuring maintenance activities are completed as scheduled. I love the sound of it, but am I the right candidate for the job? Previous production work experience. Knowledge of GMP requirements. Basic IT knowledge. Good communication skills, written, verbal, facilitation / presentation. Good verbal reasoning, numerate ability and mechanical aptitude skills. Ability to understand and safely operate relevant equipment.
