The Catering Department requires Catering Assistants for full time work. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the preparation, cooking and punctual service of meals on a rotation basis in the areas required. Responsibilities   The post holder will be responsible for.  Undertake the preparation, presentation, and service of food for patient, staff and public to an agreed standard through the effective and efficient utilization of resources.  Assist with additional catering duties as assigned by the Catering Management. Eligibility Criteria  Candidates.  Previous Catering experience with a hospital environment.  Knowledge of food hygiene and safety is essential.  FETAC level 5 desirable.  Must be willing to undertake shift work and operate to a flexible roster.
