Description

The main role of the Cook Grade II is to prepare and present food to an agreed standard through the effective and efficient utilisation of available resources. Responsibilities - The post holder will be responsible for;  Deputise for the Cook Grade I in his/her absence.  Supervision of Catering Assistants.  Ensure the preparation, cooking ,service and presentation of food to a consistently high standard for patients.  Assist in measures designed to ensure adherence to budget allocation.  Implement high standards of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point(HACCP.  Other responsibilities that may be assigned. Eligibility Criteria -  The London City & Guilds Examination No. 706/1 & 706/2/NCCB or an equivalent qualification.  A recognised qualification in Implementing Hazard Analysis (HACCP. Closing Date for receipt of applications is 5th March 2020.
