Due to an internal promotion, my client, an Engineering organisation in Little Island is seeking an Office Administrator/Receptionist to provide high quality administrative support to the Finance Team and the wider business. Working hours: Mon - Thurs 09:00am - 5:00pm and Fri 09:00am to 4:00pm. Key Responsibilities: Support with reception duties, meeting and greeting visitors and ensuring site access processes are followed. Manage a busy switchboard. Record and update contractor and supplier details. Support with the processing and filing of weekly invoices. Track invoice spend versus individual Purchase Orders. Manage incoming and outgoing courier and postal activities for the business. Send new and existing customers information packs and other materials as required. General administrative duties including post, filing and order management. The successful candidate: Sound understanding of MS Word and Excel. Tech savvy and eager to build upon your experience. You will be personable and flexible in your approach and willing to support various teams across the business as required.
