A HR Business Generalist is needed by CareerWise Recruitment for a Cork based multinational client to provide HR services for the international organisation. THE ROLE: The HR Generalist will provide HR support for International businesses across over 18 countries. The successful candidate will cover a range of HR functions including recruitment & selection, employee relations, compensation & benefits and leadership and employee development. There is a strong element of HRIS support in a busy role as part of a small HR Group. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or a relevant field or equivalent experience. * 5 years of HR experience, ideally supporting multiple countries in various regions. * Good Senior Generalist level experience across all HR areas. * Strong business and financial acumen. * Good HRIS systems skills.
