My client is currently recruiting an enthusiastic, driven and passionate Assistant Store Manager to lead a team in Cork. Reasons to apply: Opportunities for development. Fantastic friendly culture. What you will be doing: Create a welcoming store atmosphere and provide exceptional customer service. Proven track record of succession planning and continuously addressing team development. Process and manage stock to maximize sales. Daily management of stock and adherence to policies to minimize stock loss. Set up of in-store promotions and visual merchandising. Improve performance and productivity of the store team. Store administration; including daily reports, banking and cash handling. Building a close relationship with store manager and supporting on all store duties. The successful candidate: Retail Management experience with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service. Ability to deliver on sales, KPI and stock loss targets. Strong visual merchandising skills working from a brief with a creative flair. Experience in developing, managing and training a team. Extensive knowledge in health & safety.
