PRODUCTION PLANNER. Production Planning. Based on sales orders received and stock we have, need to plan out the following. Decide which Works Orders need to be created (and which employee is to complete them) and in which order they are to be completed, depending on the level of urgency. Print off product labels for associated work order. Ensure Operator has kitted works order correctly. Decide which Picking Notes need to be picked (and which employee is to complete them) and in which order they are to be completed, depending on the level of urgency. To be reviewed if additional orders are placed by the same customer. Print off address labels for dispatch. Print and reviewing delivery notes once order is picked. Decide which Sales Order to be delivered each day (and what haulier is to transport them. Calculate number of pallets going with each haulier every day. Input data on haulier portal if necessary. Stock Control. All stock to be monitored and adjusted if necessary, with adjustments to be investigated. Booking in of Raw Materials received. IBC logging and tracking. Any other duties as assigned by manager.
