Collins McNicholas is recruiting for an iNext Analyst to join a leading Biopharmaceutical company in Cork. The iNext Analyst will support and resolve any queries and issues, and prepare Credit Card account reconciliations in accordance with the internal reconciliation methodology. Overview of Main Responsibilities (full job description available on request): Develop an expert level of technical and business knowledge of the Concur expenses system. Escalate and coordinate the resolution of technical Concur issues with appropriate IT teams. Resolve all Tier 2 iNext & Credit Card queries from employees & local finance teams. Provide support to the iNext Agents as they resolve Tier 1 queries. Prepare Credit Card account reconciliations in accordance with the internal reconciliation methodology. What the ideal candidate looks like: Accounting / Finance degree (Undergraduate or Masters as required for certification. 2 years’ experience in Finance function with experience of implementing process change.
