Become part of a leading Cork based pharma company in their PTP. Reporting to the PTP Lead, you will be part of the Payments Team responsible for all tasks related to payments. Other duties to inclide. Running of twice weekly multi-currency batch payments. Processing intercompany payments. Completion of month-end tasks in conjunction with wider PTP team. Working with cash management and PTP Accounting teams on bank rec items and follow-up on aged items. Maintenance of payment approval schedule and bank matrix. Preparation and maintenance of payment templates in BOA and HSBC systems. Experience. 3 years experience. Ideally familiar with Oracle or other ERP system. Coming from a pharma background.
