We are currently recruiting experienced Duty Manager with Food and Beverage experienced for a Hotel in West Cork. This property enjoys a scenic location, good Leisure market including busy Outlets and beautifully appointed Rooms. Previous experience in a similar Duty Manager role in a busy 3/4* star Hotel. • A hotel and catering management qualification is desirable. • Experience with food and beverage departments is essential. • Must be adaptable in the role - capable of opening and closing, early and late shifts. • Must have excellent people skills, easy to work with and good positive attitude. • Must be able to work as a part of the team and lead the team to achieve results. • Must possess excellent business like presentation, professional at all times. • Must be proficient in computer skills PMS.
