My well-known Pharma client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Export Analyst to join their growing East Cork team. Primarily, your role would be to support the management and control of the end to end Export business, to ensure supply to distributers and customers is maintained at the highest level. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Be seen as a “go-to” information resource for Export queries, including understanding and applying the basics of export business (Tenders, ICC, Incoterms, bid and performance bonds, etc. Manage the day to day Export operational environment from timely and accurate order placement through to fulfilment through to Accounts Receivable follow ups and adjustments. Review key metrics & communicate to stakeholders to ensure KPIs are being met. Support global/regional projects with influence on accurate, efficient & compliant export business operations. Basic Qualifications: 2-3 years’ experience in supply chain management export business and experience in identifying and delivering process change. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience. Fluency in English, Ability to speak additional languages is a benefit (French, Spanish, Italian, German, Russian. Experience with SAP O2C Module desirable but not essential.
