My client, a leader in the Construction industry is recruiting an Industrial Relations Coordinator to join their busy team in Little Island. What you will be doing: Record and prepare summary of Weekly Labour Returns (WLR) from various projects. Support with recruitment and reference checks for potential employees. Complete site engagement contracts and issue to the payroll department. Ensure safety documentation is in date and logged. Liaise with payroll on wage related matters. Coordinate and allocate employees to projects. Ensure positive working relationships with Industrial Relations Representatives, CIF and other main contractors.
