Job Description: The duties of the HR Manager will include: Recruitment and Selection. Develop detailed and comprehensive Job descriptions.Ability to build talent pools to fill new and future positionsResponsible for the interview and selection. Performance Management. Manage and co-ordinate the probation process for all new hires.Manage and co-ordinate performance reviews. Employee Relations. Ensure full adherence to Company policy and procedure.Act as an advisory to Managers on any disciplinary issues that may arise.Manage all disciplinary issues to Best Practice standard. Training. To co-ordinate and facilitate training for Store Manager and build a comprehensive progression plan that will encourage and promote the retention of talent. Administration. Setting up and maintaining personnel files.Drafting up employment contracts as per Best Practice.Update and maintain company policy and the company handbook. Requirements: A Self Starter with the ability to work in a standalone role. Experienced in building strong working relationships with key stakeholders. An experienced HR Generalist/HR administrator. Driven and focused on embracing the role whilst bringing it to the next level. Proficient in administration and experienced in creating and maintaining all files to Best Practice standard. Skills: HR management, CIPD, Employee Relations.
