A vacancy now exists in Cork County Council for an experienced Senior Manager to play a leadership role as a Director of Human Resource Management. Reporting to the Chief Executive, the Director of Human Resource Management will be expected to fulfil a key leadership role in Cork County Council. The successful candidate will have: • Extensive experience in HR leadership at a senior level in a large and complex organisation in either the public or private sector; • Have a strong record of developing and leading strategic change management programmes; • A strong record of delivering operational excellence.
