Sample Management Coordinator Job. FRS Recruitment are proud to be recruiting on behalf of an International Biopharma company in Cork who are seeking a Sample Management Coordinator . The role would suit a Senior Lab Analyst with 3-4 years GMP industry experience with significant Sampling operations experience. The Sample Management Coordinator will lead a team of Sample Management analysts to ensure effective management of samples both internally and externally. You will be responsible for the Coordination and the daily receipt and shipment of samples. Supporting the sample management team with the management of samples. Maintaining a tracking system for samples. Communicate status of samples to site personnel. Maintain compliance to cGMP requirements. Training of new operations/technical personnel on sampling requirements; sample routes, storage requirements and documentation updates. Own and generate/update sample management procedures. Ensure work is completed to the highest standard in terms of quality and professionalism. Requirements. Third level qualification in a scientific/engineering discipline is required. A minimum of 3-5 years GMP experience within Sampling Operations. GMP experience is essential. Accuracy, attention to detail. Good organisation of time management and flexibility essential.
