We require a residential manager for a mainstream service based in Mallow, Co. Cork, supporting up to 4 young people. This is a full time, perm post offering and excellent salary and benefits package. Requirements: A Level 8 in Applied Social care or a level 7 in Applied Social care along with an appropriate management cert. Minimum five years of experience working within the management structure of a young peoples residential unit. Strong experience in and demonstrated ability to empower others to achieve. Personal attributes of positivity, flexibility and problem-solving attitude as well as empathy and maturity are essential. A current full clean Driving License prior to commencement of employment.
