Head Chef required, well known busy 3* Hotel in West Cork. Excellent opportunity for creative "hands on" Head Chef, time to reimagine the food offering, implement the new standards and further develop a great team. Applicants will require proven track record, 3 years Head Chef experience, ideally in a similar size property in Ireland. Must have experience in developing new Bar and Restaurant menus and overall food theme/concept, Head Chef also requires extensive Banqueting and Wedding knowledge. Please note there is no ExPat Work Permit available, appliants require current legal status to live and work in Ireland.
