Staff Nurse urgently required for the Cork city area: • 1 day per week and to cover annual leave. • Competitive Salary. Job Duties include: • Donor recruitment, selection and retention. • Management of the donor during and after the donation. • Recognition and management of adverse events associated with donation. • Timely and accurate reporting and documentation of all incidents and complaints. • Provision of training to staff when required, including completion of relevant documentation. Job Skills/experience: • To be registered with NMBI in the General Division. • To have name maintained on the live register of NMBI. • Have at least 2 years post registration experience, relevant to the role of the RGN in the IBTS. • Evidence of recent (last 12 months) continuous professional development. • Excellent written communication skills, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. • Proven IT skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook) and experience of working with electronic Patient Management / Learning Management systems.
