Sous Chef / Restaurant Chef required for busy 3* Hotel in West Cork. Ideal candidate is a current Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie (larger property) with 2/3 years 3/4* experience in a similar role, in a similar type property. You will be "hands on" proven at working in a small team, using your initiative and supporting Head Chef in operating Kitchen to new regulations and guidelines, You need to be motivated, flexible, efficient and results focused. The Hotel will enjoy a busy Bar and Restaurant Summer food trade for Residents and visitors. Ideally you will have experience in Weddings and banqueting also. The Hotel prides itself on delivering consistency and excellent standards of food, service and attention to detail. Fully involved in kitchen operations daily and working with Head Chef on menus, ordering, training and general responsibilities.
