Ideal candidate will have Multi site / Area Management experience in Catering / Hospitality / Fast food, quick serve Industry. This is a senior Management role and you will be responsible for owner relations, business unit support, Sales/Financial performance and product delivery for all properties in your region. Minimum 5 years senior Catering Management expertise required - ideally in this geographical region.
