Knowledge and experience across the following key areas is preferable: Infrastructure, Application, Desktops & Access and Implementation. Must be willing to take direction from the Programme Manager & PMO; strong team work ethic required. Description: - 3rd party Management - Tracking of Progress & Governance inc workstream RAID management. - Over sight of BA team and responsibility for all workstream deliverables. - Awareness and alignment with other workstream leads across the programme. - Ability to travel to client site in Cork as and when required to do so. - Client management at workstream level, potential to manage multiple workstreams concurrently. - Able to create detailed implementation plans which include the whole cut-over period, and cover multiple systems. Cut-over period will have multiple implementations, have experience managing and planning multiple implementations and other projects. - Capable of articulating complex technical details, concepts and information in an easy to understand format. - Responsible for overseeing the Master Implementation Plan, manages all implementation issues. Experience and Skills: - Technical implementation and project management experience, understanding of Agile development cycle. - Ideally experience of working with IT&N and other IT 3rd Parties. - Knowledge of Amazon Connect, Azure is desirable. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, understanding of MS office tools inc MS Project.
