My client, a Construction Company in Cork is looking for a Order Administrator for an initial 3-6 month temporary contract with the possibility of permanency. Duties: Manage order processing and packing. Source and purchase materials internationally. Ensure cost, quality, delivery and invoice queries are monitored with suppliers. Manage stock of materials. Arrange and package orders for delivery and collection. Reconcile orders with delivery dockets. General administration including data entry, updating spreadsheets and supporting project teams. Requirments: Experience/education in the construction field is an advantage. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Experience in stock management/stock control a plus. Excellent written and verbal communications. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Comfortable working with numbers. Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
