Legal Secretary. Cork City. Permanent. My client, an established legal firm based in Cork city is recruiting a Legal Secretary to join their team. Responsibilities. Provide administrative support to solicitors. Liaise with barristers/clients/third parties. Audio typing from digital dictation. Create, amend and format correspondence/documents. Prepare court documents. Filing/data management. Other ad-hoc administrative duties as required. Requirements. Experience in a legal secretary role/administrative role in a legal environment is essential. Litigation experience is an advantage but not essential. Dictaphone typing experience. Strong communications skills and a professional manner. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively. Strong administration and IT skills including a high proficiency in MS Office.
