Engineering Administrator. Cork. Permanent. Due to continued expansion, my client is recruiting an Engineering Administrator to join their team in North Cork. Responsibilities. Provide administrative support to the project team. Document control. Provide administrative support on various projects. Ensure high standards of compliance and carry out internal audits. Coordinate Quality Management System. Support the procurement team. Liaise with other teams such as Finance, Procurement, Sales and Marketing as required. Build and maintain strong business relationships. Other related ad-hoc duties. Requirements. Previous experience in a similar role Engineering Administrator/Document Controller/Project Coordinator. Experience in a regulated environment is beneficial. Strong communications skills and stakeholder management. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively. Experience in coordinating Quality Management System is beneficial. Highly proficient in MS Office suite.
