HR Director is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our Cork based client. Director of International HR with responsibility for the EMEA and APAC regions. This is a 12 month fixed term contract. THE ROLE: * Overseeing all aspects and acting as an escalation point for full HR life-cycle including; talent acquisition, talent development, employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, internal communications and the translating of business requirements into operational plans. * Strategic direction. * Learning and Development. * Performance and Talent Management. * Diversity and Inclusion. * Compensation and Benefits. * Employee Communications. * Engagement and Culture. * Employee experience and brand. * Employee Value Proposition. REQUIREMENTS: * The ideal candidate will have 10-12 years' HR experience managing a strategic people function within a dynamic organization globally and will have a strong track record and practical approach to attracting, retaining and supporting high-performing teams. * A post graduate qualification in Strategic Human Resources Management is desirable. * An ability to deliver credible results on wide range of employee and talent related issues through strong influencing skills and a consultative approach to HR are essential. * Excellent communication skills and an ability to develop strong working relationships with many stakeholders both internally and externally is critically important.
